INFO desk
The festival's information point is located in the lobby of the Music Hall's lower foyer, where you can reach the people of the Finnish Flute Society during the festival. The Info will be open from 12.00 on Friday to welcome all festival guests.
FESTIVAL PASSES
You can change your puchased ticket to a festival pass at the Festivals info desk. Tickets may be scanned only once, the date of daytickets will be defined when scanned for the specific day.
Cloak room
We have arranged for a guarded cloak room at the 3rd floor of the Music Centre. Please, keep your valuables with you.
INTERNET
You can use free Wi-Fi Musiikkitalo Free at the festival. Pleas note that the internet connection in the festival halls is weak.
Concert halls
Please be aware that food and beverages are not allowed in the concert halls and you should leave your jackets in the cloack rooms or hangers in the hallway.
Free concerts will be popular, so to ensure your seat, be there on time. We will take in only 230 listeners according to the seats.
LUNCH
Lunch will be served on two locations during the festival, depending on the day. The weekend serving in at the artists' cafe requires an pre enrolment on the sing in forms of the festival. Friday's lunch does not require pre enrolment. A special code will be sent via email to those, who will enrol for lunch either on Saturday or Sunday the latest on September 19th.
Friday
- Location, Restaurant Klubi, 3rd floor.
- Time: 11am to 2pm.
- Price: 13,70€, Students 2,95 €
- No pre-enrolment required.
Saturday
- Location: Artists' cafe, ground floor, next to the festival foyer.
- Time: 12.00 a.m. to 3 p.m. (the choir event staff will have lunch around 1 p.m).
- Price: 12,50 €, kids from 4 to 12 years old 8 €. Compass Group Oy caters for lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian diets. A surcharge of €5 per meal applies to specially prepared dishes.

We have negotiated discount codes for two hotels near the Musiikkitalo. You can book your accommodation yourself using a discount code, for example on the hotel's website.
